TerraCottem Workshop with Western Downs Regional Council

27/04/2017 - 00:00

On Tuesday 4th April 2017, TerraCottem Australasia hosted a workshop and practical demonstration for Western Downs Regional Council who have never used TerraCottem.

The day started out in the classroom with 17 workers and the Parks Manager (Matthew Robinson) and ended with 2 Hoop Pines (Araucaria cunninghamii) in 45 ltr bags using a rate of 600g due to the heavy clay content. The holes were dug wider than deeper as we didn't want slumping of the rootball.

The objective was to train up the staff in the use of TerraCottem and freshen up their horticultural knowledge with some Best Horticulture Practice from industry.
